The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: “Client”, “You” refers to you, the person subscribing to our services and compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. “The Company”, “We”, “Our” refers to Sara Murray. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws.
Fulfillment Policy
At Sara Murray, we prioritize client satisfaction and ensure the provision of quality services. This Refund and Return Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery procedures and guidelines regarding subscription services. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Refunds: Sara Murray may, at its discretion, offer a full refund if:
No Services Received: The Services were not provided at all during the subscription term. This could include technical issues preventing access or failure to initiate service delivery..
Cancellation within 30 Days: A refund request is submitted within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase.
Please note: This refund policy does not guarantee a refund in all cases.
2. Cancellation: Clients may terminate their subscription at any time. The termination will be effective within 30 days following Sara Murray’s receipt of the cancellation notice.
3. Project Abandonment: If the client fails to engage with Sara Murray’s services for a period of 30 days after repeated attempts to commence or continue the provision of services, the project may be considered abandoned at the discretion of Sara Murray, with any applicable refund subject to forfeiture.
Responsibilities and Administrative Fees
1. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including passwords and user identifications. Clients will be held liable for any unauthorized use of their accounts.
2. Administrative Fee: All refunds are subject to a 7% administrative fee charge.
How to Request a Refund
If you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, please send an email to hello@saramurray.com stating your refund request and reasons. Refunds are processed at the discretion of Sara Murray and may be subject to administrative fees.
